I was told to use bactine, instead of peroxide, in another thread here. Nibbler seems to be healing along well though. The actual wound is clean and pus free. What I thought was pus I think was actually just old neosporin that accumulated.

Try going to your local pet store to see if anyone there has any experience in trimming teeth. Chances are you will find someone who does and would be willing to do it for you a few times for a small fee. They could sort of teach you how to do it yourself. I had a bunny with the same problem...

When I called to confirm the cost, they said they perform the surgery Monday through Friday. I must admit I did not ask for the price of spaying, since I do not have girls, but I assume the cost to be comparable to the low price of neutering.
