I got two bonded Hollands for my birthday. I was told they were both bucks...come to find out, they're both does. I should clarify that there was no bonding process..they were just raised together from day one (sisters). My questions are...would you breed them?, would you use one nesting box, or...

Yeah..she always has big litters, just usually not by a Flemish Giant...he was only threeish months old, so it wasn't AS bad as it seems...but I wish they could have been purebred Hollands. =[ Yeah, I didn't notice the white feet until I took the picture. LOL, it cracks me up.

Well, a mix technically. My Holland doe got bred by my Flemish buck...don't ask me how or why...it makes me mad to even think about it. REGARDLESS, there are 8 babies in nesting from that breeding! Born sometime today, 1-1-10.

They were born 6-19-10...there were 8...one was DOA...so now there are 7. This picture was taken 6-27-10.

I've got basically all of the holes I need...but I'm weird about not having cages to spare. I like to have at least 5 open at all times, and after I separate my juniors in a few days I'll only have one cage open..I don't like that..so, I'm gonna build two more 6 holes...just to have around..:D

True, everyone. I REALLY like my standing hutches, and I wouldn't care to keep building those to round out the rabbitry, BUT I'm running out of room!! I mean, I basically live on a mountain..we had to bring a backhoe in the make room for the cages we have now..lol
