    Not eating enough

She is 4 months old and I put 1/4 a cup in her litter box and usually refill it at night depending on how much she had. I give her oxbow alfalfa hay and tried to incorporate the Timothy hay but after two days of trying the Timothy she stopped eating it and only went for the pellets. I also feed...

    Not eating enough

I give her 1/4 cup of the pellets, the hay seems fresh and I change it out everyday when I clean her litter box. I just put a couple of handfuls down. She usually eats a lot but it seems after a few days of trying the Timothy hay she was not a huge fan and only went for the pellets. Adding herbs...

Hello everybun! My bunny Cleopatra recently stopped eating her hay. She has a few bites here and there but she used to eat a lot and now I am concerned. She is still eating the oxbow young rabbits pellets but not the hay. I gave her the oxbow alfalfa hay and then got her oxbow western Timothy...

Hello! I give my 3 month old rabbit the occasional oxbow treats (the ones with just the fruit or veggie ingredients) and from shops on Etsy. Rabbit hates new hutch

I don’t know about sizing but when bonding the bunnies I know most people put them in separate cages next to each other to get used to one another. Litter boxes on opposite ends, food right next to each other and swap the blankets so they get used to each other scents.

    my rabbits are extremely frustrating

Hi! It seems like your bunnies just want to chew and dig something so I’d find more healthy things for them to chew and as for the digging box a lot of YouTube videos show what you can do to put something together. this website Home | The Bunny Lady helps explain a lot and what you can give or...

    Traveling with a Rabbit!

I flew with Alaska Airlines as it was the only one with a direct to DC. But you can fly frontier and i believe one more with a bunny in cabin. But I really liked Alaska the seats were very spacious so even with the bunny carrier I had lots of foot room and they were very nice and let us board...

    Traveling with a Rabbit!

Update: Take off and landing were the hardest, probably due to the pressure. She was able to bury herself under the blanket and pee pad which I think helped but she had no problem getting used to the new place and eating and running thankfully! Definitely giving her a “cave” is a good thing and...

    Needing Sleep Suggestions

Eventually I will allow her underneath because I know she feels safest there but until I can block off the back and sides of the bed I don’t want her under there just on the off chance she chews wires or gets hurt. Thanks for the idea of putting a rug under, I will definitely have to do that!

    Needing Sleep Suggestions

Hey guys! The first two nights I got my bunny she slept in the cage and then it got hot so I let her stay in the bathroom and just free roam between the bathroom, my room and the hallway and just eat and use the restroom in the cage. She’s a curious bunny and loves to try and get under my bed. I...

    Extreme Heat Wave.

Hello! During the heat wave where I am I put ice cubes in the water, sprayed her ears with cold water, kept her in a cool shaded place with the fans going. She typically stays in our bathroom cause the tiles are cool so any cool type of flooring (there are some cheap nice ones online) and I have...

    Very worried bun parent

When I first got her she played around and liked the tile but slept in her cage. Day 3 she started to sleep in the bathroom on the tile and it’s her favorite spot behind the toilet or in the shower. I assumed she just liked the cold floor and the darkness. It was not unusual for her to be there...

Hello! Yes, the last three days were on the warmer side. Warmest we’ve seen in a while. I mixed her old pellets that the breeder provided with the new oxbow young rabbit pellets and the oxbow Alfalfa hay. Twice I gave her an oxbow freeze dried banana treat.
