    Thing on bottom of foot

You may need to trim her nails more often as well. Like Djakarta said, Rex and Mini Rex have very sensitive feet, and in my experience for some reason their nails grow faster than most breeds as well. I trim my rabbits nails about every six weeks.

    Rabbit with matted dirty behind

Yeah, I am betting she will tell me the rabbit gets a cheap brand of pellets and no hay. I am hoping to get her on the phone either later tonight or in the morning so I can get more details without having to spend days emailing back and forth.

    Rabbit with matted dirty behind

I have someone who has come to me for advice on what to do for her daughter's rabbit. She said the rabbit is getting "matted and nasty on her butt area". She didn't give me any info on what sort of diet the rabbit is getting, but she said she "lets the rabbit soak in the tub" to get it clean. I...

    IT'S A BOY!!!

Congrats! Is this your first? I have nine year old boy/girl twins, and a four year old boy. Let me tell you, one boy is a little rowdy, two or more boys are a hurricane going through your house! LOL Be ready for daredevil stunts and lots of bumps and bruises.

    The Christmas Bunny

eclairemom wrote: Yeah, my kids got to watch it twice before we had to return it. I am not trying to offend anyone here, but I do stand by the fact that I scruff my rabbits. Like I said, I don't support their weight for more than a split second that way before I get their feet on...

    The Christmas Bunny

Korr_and_Sophie wrote: Thanks for the details, I haven't had any experience with Angoras so I wasn't sure. I think asking any movie that is not a documentary to get that detailed would be just about impossible though, not only would it be about four hours long but you would lose the story in...

    The Christmas Bunny

The only problems I had with it were the whole don't feed ANY pellets thing and not making mention of the need for spay/neuter. I personally feed as few pellets as I can, because hay is supposed to be the main diet. As a matter of fact, my rabbits spent most of the summer grazing off my lawn...

    Help

bunnylove7782 wrote: Bunnylove, I can give you a couple of tips here, but the best way to get replies is to start a new topic asking for littertraining help. :) First of all, are your two bunnies still babies? If so, they will take a little while to get completely trained, just like human...

    Help

brittanyjean5 wrote: What I do with mine is to let her out to have her run time about two hours or so before her usual feeding time. Then when I want her to go back in, I rattle the feed scoop and let her see me pouring the feed into her dish, she runs right back in to eat and I close the...

wild bunny's live by my house

I agree with the previous posters, wild rabbits do not need any help. Your backyard is a giant buffet table to them, and the grass etc. that they normally eat is much healthier and better for them than any man-made food is. Plus the fact that if they overeat on what you are giving them, they may...

    The Christmas Bunny

This is a movie I had not even heard of before yesterday, it's called The Christmas Bunny. I was looking for a child friendly movie we could watch for our New Year's get together. I thought this looked cute, so we rented it. It was WONDERFUL! The plot was sweet in itself, but they also had tons...

Bunny has poop stuck to her butt and won't let me clean it off!

What is her diet like? Is she getting a good quality pellet, a "plain" looking pellet with no colorful bits in it? It needs to be made with timothy hay. Also she should be getting a good quaility grass hay, and lots of it. LakeCondo is right, her poops shouldn't be soft enough to stick to her at...

Animal hoarding show on Animal Planet

BunnyLove♥ wrote: Yeah, you may be right. I don't know if adopting them from their house would have worked either though, the couple was (quite understandably, IMO) very loudly upset and angry about their dogs being taken away. At least if they had all been spayed/neutered the dogs numbers...

Animal hoarding show on Animal Planet

I'm not sure. It looked like from the camera views they gave that it was a rural area, but of course you can only see what they show you. I don't remember if they specifically said anything about number of dogs allowed or not.
