So I got my Holland on Saturday. I named him Stitch after my favorite character on my favorite kid show. Although now that I have him I don't think it suits him. I can't change it though because I already submitted his entry form for fair. He's so cute with his little antics. He flies around my room when I let him out and when he's in his cage he stands on his back legs so I can pet him. It's absolutely adorable! :D He loves to dig in his hide box which is hilarious (not when I'm trying to sleep though lol). Right now he's looking at me looking at him and looks as cute as ever. :D

There are pictures posted in the Introduction forum under New and bunny travel if you want to see what he looks like and can't wait till I get home :D

So here he is in his cage

Awesome haha. Matthias has a stuffed brown and white lop eared rabbit named Fred that is his snuggle buddy.

I gave it to him cuz he kept knocking off his hay rack in the middle of the night and banging it against the cage which scared the chiz outta me so I figured he was bored.

I get to take him to school next Monday for showmanship practice. Hope it goes well. He's not really a fan of being picked up especially being flipped over so it should be an adventure.

So I take him to school in two days and he's still not a fan of the flipping. I think it's actually making him sick. So for now I limit it and just let him run around my room. He loves going to the corners and playing with the towel hanging from my hamper. I'll try to get pictures of that lol. I think he has an eye infection or something, there's stuff that looks like the gunk that comes out of my eyes stuck to the fur around his eye. I've tried to gently remove it with a warm washcloth but it won't come off and it looks like it causes him pain so I stopped doing it. But he loves to play and is still eating and acting completely normal. So I'll just have to watch him for now.

So I took him to show practice today and it went okish. He didn't like the car ride or being flipped so he was a little upset. The heat was a big problem and by the time we got home he was overheated, laying on his side, not eating, shaking, and breathing heavy. So I got a cold water bottle and rested it against his side. He seemed to perk up and looks fine now. I'm just so glad I did research and found out what to do. Otherwise he probably would've gotten sooo much worse. Love this forum!
