Thanks ^_^
It was a tough call between him and his sibling. We wanted a calm, friendly bunny but the other one was almost too calm, kinda a lump lol.
The breeder put them on a picnic table and the other one sat there, while Gambit actually lifted his head up and was sniffing and scouting around. Gambit actually came over to check us out, which I really liked.
I was trying hard not to pick on looks alone, but his sibling didn't have such a striking face marking and the fur was long on all of his head, including his face. I'm not sure which way is more desirable? My hubby said it was my call.. and luckily, he told me later that he did pick Gambit as his favorite.
I would highly recommend this breeder. They obviously spent plenty of time handling the babies - and they had 2 other litters too. They had a mini rex litter and a 2nd litter of younger lionheads. They were all so adorable and future beauties! I wish I could take them all home. But my hubby has never had a rabbit before, and he wants to start off simple.
Better to have 1 spoiled bunny than 2 half-spoiled ones lol.
