At this point in her pregnancy the fetuses are only the size of a large grape so she really wound't be that large yet. About 3 weeks along they feel fuller and at 4 weeks if they are carrying a large litter their abdomen will feel very full and taut.

Not at this point, no. To me, they usually feel that way just a few days before birth.
