Carolyn you really are one in a million, I doubt that RO would ever have become what it is today without you in the first place! Everyone is doing an awesome job now, but you were the one that really got me hooked, he he.

I miss you not being around all that much. (And I miss BunnyMommy and RaspberySwirl too. )

No - everyone deserves this type of praise. You all put as much if not more time in than I did, and continue in your good work. To volunteer your heart and time is the best gift, and the most needed when it comes to rabbits. I know we all remember a day when we felt like wewere pretty close to being the only "rabbit person" in the world.Because ofyou, people are comforted, rabbitsget their needs met, and the worldis a little bit less lonely.

I can't imagine the amount of rabbits that have been saved as a result of the guidance given here.

You're all very special people.

I never said they didn't, everyone deserves credit but if it wasn't for you, I don't think RO would have started out as awesome as it did. Oh but my name should be removed, I'm never around anymore.:?

Aww Carolyn, after reading all these sweet posts about you I could not do anymore than nod my head in fierce agreement with everything that was said. I will admit I have become almost a visitor to these boards the past few years but when all is said and done YOU were the one who helped me raise my two buns (along with this amazing board and the fellow wondrous members) in a foreign country.

Carolyn, what you wrote is all true...but I think too that a lot of people who joined the RO forum so long ago took a lot of inspiration from you. And inspiration is so important when one is looking for guidance and comfort. I agree that there's so many people here who are incredibly awesome...all very special, and all in their own special way...but you were there at the beginning, and were a great influence to so many who were seeking it. I think you've touched many more lives than you realize, all very deeply.

And I know that being put 'in the spotlight' can be uncomfortable, so I'll be quiet now....

You are definitely one of the things that kept me coming back. Life has been busy and sad, but now that it's back on track, I'm hoping to come back around more often. I'm glad to see that you still poke your head in from time to time. I hope you're doing well!

Tony has a great personality. He's very busy, but he also loves to snuggle - but having a little Mini-rex that has nearly no whiskers and those he does have are curly... I haven't yet gotten used to Tony's whiskers and they end up in my mouth, up my nose LOL!

Hi all! Rabbitgirl just got an invite to pop back in! Sorry for being AWOL--it's been crazy, this past year and a half.

Bub is now four years old and in bouncing good health. He also has at least three surviving siblings, so the Pals still live on here in the Northwest!

Rose! So great to see you and hear that Bub is 4! It's so great to hear that all of our babies are doing well, with the sad exception of Spice. I do feel that he watches over our babies now though. Bassetluv, you have such a way with words. You still have the ability to choke me up. One can't help but feel that you truly understand and are a compassionate soul.

That's the thing that has always been so wonderful about this group - one never felt alone in their happiness, worries, or grief. In a day where we're all so rushed, it's always nice to go to a place and know that there was a smile waiting or someone there to respond when life can sometimes be cold and you feel alone.

Hi! It's hit and run here for me, I'm afraid, but I do have a few months off so maybe I'll be able to pop in more now and then!

Bub is still his stinky little self, but my wardrobe has become all about waterproof.He and Pandemonium are all my herd now.

I'm on the road now, and teaching when not touring, so it's been a crazy time. We usually get a few months off in winter to work on the next cd, so that is the current status.
