Age/breed help Please!!

Hello everyone!

I recently got my baby bun, Neela. I took a picture of her with my hand so you could get a size idea. And ideas on her age? I need to know so I know when to schedule a spay appt. Also, what breed does she look like? thanks!

:huh Well, she does look maybe 8 weeks old or so, but are you sure you aren't thinking of spaying at 5-6 months? Most vets won't spay any early than 4 months, and many prefer to wait till 6 months.

Very cute bun, by the way. Any chance you could get a good profile shot of her? It'll give everyone a better idea of her body type. I'm not real good with breeds, but it looks like she'll be mid-sized when she's grown up. So maybe around 5 pounds, give or take.

of course not that soon.. i ment son like in a couple monthes.
 
Loooking at the size of her ears, and probably her young age, I was thinking maybe a new zealand? I'm not sure, just the ear shapes and narrow head might be a young new zealand. Maybe a mix though?
 
I knew she was quite young. I wasn't planning on spaying antime soon.. So don't worry about that. I am aware of the fact that she has to be at least 5 months of age. Thanks for all the info!
 
here is a side pic of her. I got her from a pet store..I know, definitly NOT the best place (but who knows, maybe I saved her from a bad home myself), I plan on adopting a friend for her after she recovers from getting spayed in a couple months. She was sold to me as a dwarf. Of course what do the pet stores know. hehe;) Any other ideas about her breed? Thanks again for all the help!

I was hoping for a dwarf mix (i knew her ears looked big for a dwarf). But I love her no matter what her breed. I've looked at some new zealands and she does have their ears. We'll see how big she gets. So, 8 weeks old looks about right??
