Hiya

Just wondering if anyone's seen Walk the Line, the Johnny Cash film, and would recommend it.? (It s just come out here and were thinking of seeing it Saturday).

Cheers

Ohhh... being a country fan I LOVED the movie!

Johnny Cash lived a tough life and it really shows in the movie. I left understanding the messages behind his songs more so when I walked in. I definately recommend it!Once you get past the first 20 minutes, the movie is great. But those first 20 mintues start out REAL slow!

I have not seen it (3 kids under 5!) but my mom and stepdad have and they loved it!

Yeah I know what you mean Hummer - 3 kids, 4 and under means there little time to do anything. We got a night out the other day and saw King Kong about a month after it was released.

The previews look good though. It will be probably something we get out on Sky Box Office.

The 'neat' thing is Joaquin Phoenix actually sings the songs on the movie. You can't really tell either as he matches Johnny Cash's voice so well!

Even if you don't like 'Johnny Cash' its a worthwhile movie to see! It's a sweet little love story!
The DVD release date is February 28th in the US! :colors:
