Thanks...I am lucky because I can sometimes takea bunny to work with me. I work 18-24 hr shifts, and while I am away,my husband looks after the other rabbits..

I feel really fortunate to have my rabbits, I enjoy them very much:)
 
Oh, how I wish I was in a position right now tohave another rabbit...but with the little guy so sick and having toisolate him, as well as finances being so low, it's just not feasible.:(

Connie, I'd be having the same trouble as you...it's so hard to letthem go when the time comes! I bred Polish many years ago, but onlybred every so often, and so when the babies were of age to go, it wasjust so hard. I wanted to follow each one of them to their new homesand tuck them in! LOL

And wow...what a great job you have! (Though it sounds like you work killer hours.)
 
Yes, I'm lucky, my boss is an animal lover andshe especially loves rabbits. ..I worked for many yrs as a preschoolteacher, but for the past coupel I've worked with developmentallydelayed adults in residencial settings. I work overnight shiftssometimes and it's easy to have pets stay over too.
 
I hope your little guy is feeling betternow, so much worry though, eh?

Whenever I have sold an animal, I have always had great people thatsend pictures of them growing up and they usually keep incontact..which is a lot of fun. It's great to see them as the pets growup!!
