Can bunnies play ball? Fun enrichment activity and bonding time.

I would like to say, yes definitely! ️take time, training followed by treatos. our kids have been teaching Elf since he was a young bunny to throw a little ball. You need to ensure the ball has some form of grip.

I have two recent videos, one with the light blue ball which I got and it was actually for kittens and cats and the other tiny ball in the second video is what Ocean, our budgie, loves to push over the coffee table … she seems to like looking down the floor and we ask her - where has it gone???

The second video is Elf learning to be a goal keeper ️!
Remember it is like training a toddler… spend a minute or two but cherish the bonding time. It is rewarding, indeed !

Some do--Ted a rescued very large lop did. I had a wicker ball with a bell inside. I rolled it on the floor and he followed it, picked it up and brought it back to me and dropped it at my feet. That's how I learned he would play ball and fetch it--amazing boy--just don't know how he learned it, or even how old he was, except he was an elder bun that some idiot left behind in a box when they moved--the Realtor knew we rescued rabbits so she brought him to us.

Clover plays ball. I tap the ball and ask him to share. He picks it up and puts it in my hand.
