I have an 10 mos old male angora bunny. Should he be neutered? And will that affect his personality? I love that he still acts like a baby bun

I would say yes. Probably the behaviour will change since it is the hormons (among other things) that play a role in what they do.
However I was told that male ones are probably much "nicer" even when neutered.
Unless you want to him to be a father at some point I see no reason not to do it.

We had all of our rescues neutered--the ones that were nice as well as the others did not change. The biggest change, for the better, definitely no more spraying!
