Rabbit Savvy Vets in Warwickshire - Leamington Spa - UK

Does anybody have a recommendation for a rabbit savvy vet in Warwickshire / Leamington Spa?

We’ve had a few problems with Rodney, and I just feel our local vet is missing something.

The vets4pets on the rwaf list is showing the closest to you(if this isn't the local vet you're referring to), but it's the nurse there(Nicky) that's the one experienced with rabbits, so anything that requires a veterinary surgeon or more complicated cases, you would need to go to a place with an experienced rabbit vet. There's Manor Exotics in Birmingham from the rwaf list, though I don't know anything about their rabbit vet there.

About as close as Manor vets is to you, there's Simon Maddock at the Cat and Rabbit clinic in Northhampton, and I've read many rabbit owner recommendations for him, particularly if there's anything dental related. Or there's Rebecca Rowe at Oaks Vet in Cotteridge, that I think Fat Fluffs rabbit rescue have used in the past, and is a bit closer to you. If you need a specialist, north of you is Molly Varga, but that's near Manchester and a bit of a drive. But she's very much a recommended rabbit vet.

Thanks for the recommendation. Northampton isn’t too far from us. If Simon is a specialist when it comes to dental issues, he would be worth a visit.

I might also pop in and see Nicky at the VetsPets as that is where we buy Rodney’s supplies.
