What breed is this mini lop?

Hello, I want to buy first doe to my small rabbitry. I am new and I do not know everything.
What colour is this mini lop? Is it popular? Is It worth to buy her to my small rabbitry?
In the same rabbitry woman proposed me to buy a buck. 2nd photo-seal point?

Her color is just called black. I wouldn’t call the color specifically popular, but I don’t believe it is. If it’s worth it to buy her is mostly personal opinion you might just want to think about:
1. Fully pedigreed rabbits sell best
2. (Unless you’re buying her for personality) a black rabbit won’t really add any fun or cool looking colors or genetics to your current herd.
3. She is going to likely have mostly black babies and if she doesn’t have a pedigree you’d have no idea what other genetics she might have.
I personally wouldn’t, but it is a matter of personal preference.
To start a rabbitry I recommend researching genetics and finding a fully pedigreed rabbit with the genetics you want not just the first rabbit you can find.

There are other people more experienced then me on here who might be able to tell you more.

When she was younger she was more brown than black. That's why I don't know what colour it is.

It depends. If you’re starting a rabbitry to produce show and pet rabbits, then I don’t recommend starting with a black doe. Black colour is dominant in rabbits, so the doe will only produce black fur if she’s homozygous for the gene and other colours, depending on the buck, if she’s heterozygous. Furthermore, rabbits with a pedigree get sold much faster. Does the breeder have a pedigree of her?

Regarding her breed, I guess it’s Holland Lop, but she’s too young to know it now.

The colour is chocolate to black.

If she has brownish as it kit, she is probably a Black Seal, which probably means she carries the shaded gene. I agree with @CrazyChickenGirl, I prefer to have a pedigree with the rabbit so I don't get any weird color mutations that become unshowable. Even if you don't plan on showing, breeding toward the perfect of the breed is the responsible and smart thing to do. So, also look for the correct body and feature type when you are purchasing your stock, it also helps with the rabbit overall health to breed in such a way.
