He is doing really well and pee is cloudy but not as thick as before! He is much more active now and is behaving like a rabbit now

A better and fixed diet helped alot! Previously I would keep him in a cage most of the time when I was trying to litter train him but now I have given up and he has a huge area to run around in upstairs though I have to clean alot of pee. Open 24/7 but might start closing at night because he pees more at night it wouldnt be a problem but he pees everywhere not in one spot. Cage is used as home base. I didn't try any new meds yet but he seems to be doing good without any of them tho I will make a med kit any suggestions wht I should keep in it? If I can manage to leash train him I did do research ill take him in the garden too. Soon the weather will be rising it already gets to like 30+ and upper portions are usually hotter. I cant keep him downstairs without a cage or even in a cage I can't keep him inside. We use split acs and fans in rooms so even downstairs won't do much. We live in a rented house (soon moving to our own home) and the upper portion is not used by us the rooms are locked but we use the galleries and terraces. That is where he lives (inside, in the gallery not the terrace). Also, I just realised I never uploaded a picture of him! I'll take one today and post one. He is not very photogenic. Its hard to take a good photo of him.
I know your pain. When we first got Shen, he would pee EVERYWHERE. It was him marking his territory. So it is possible that's what your bunny is doing. Marking his grounds where he can't just "chin" it. It will take time, but he'll eventually start using the litterbox. Since he's not neutered, it may take more time. So try putting litter boxes where he pees most often at.

He pees in the entrance of his area(where I come in from I always get pee on my shoes it's such a pain lmao) will keep atleast 3 litter boxes there since we don't live upstairs (my parents also don't go upstairs often) so it's a no problem the tiles are super easy to clean with a mop but I can't use the mop we use for our house since it's gonna get dirty ill buy one soon and there is no smell cuz alot of ventilation. Everything is alright just hoping he gains weight.
