my bunny had her first litter 6 weeks ago, last week i found that my doe had made a nest with fur. she did escape to my boy, but it was only once and i’ve been more careful since. she now doesn’t want to be near her other babies, so i kept them seperate and just put them together a few times a day so they could feed. but i noticed her nipples bled, so i think her milk dried up. The babies are healthy and happy, i really hope they will be ok.

Since having her seperate, she has pulled so much fur that one of her legs is on the inside is nearly bare, she just lays in the box she nested in, hasn’t eaten much that last day. Will still eat greens, just not pellets

If that escape to the buck was appr. 4 weeks ago you quite likely get another litter very soon.

You can, and should seperate permanently and wean the kits if she indeed is pregnant, they are old enough. Kits should not be able to get to her or the new nest (they trample everything).
If she's not pregnant but there is something wrong (like bleeding or sore nipples) or she wouldn't nurse them by herself anymore, just let her the option to stay away from the kits then, I wouldn't force her to deal with the greedy horde and seperate.
