bubbles and brownie take forever to finish their lettuce. they are happily eating their hay and pellets and are drinking their water. they are also happy to eat treats. I have been feeding them lettuce every day for a week now and I think they want something new.

I suppose rabbits can get tired of eating any food. My rabbits have yet to get tired of their salad. They love romaine, which they get every day, and are excited every time I bring it to them. Maybe it's this particular batch of lettuce you have that doesn't taste as good(more bitter).

Any kind of lettuce is definitely the least favourite thing on my buns’ plate. It gets eaten eventually but always last. I’ve tried all different types and they pretty much turn their noses up at anything other than romaine or boston. And any red variety will be ignored completely and left to dry up in the bowl 👸👸. I switch the romaine and Boston around every week or so

Wow, in surprised our little guy loves romaine!
We also give him, in small amounts, kale, spinach, and arugula, but always small amounts as these are high in calcium and can lead to urinary complications if fed in excess.. always watch for if their pee leaves a white residue...

Yes. Bunnies can get very tired and need change in their diet. A bunny should have a variety of AT LEAST 3 different vegetables. Some of the vegetables that I give my bunny daily is bok choy, escarole, romaine lettuce, brussel sprouts, parsley, endive, carrot tops and more. Definitely try to add on some of these recommendations. When introducing a new food, make sure you do it in small amounts so you do not upset the bunnies stomach and cause them to have GI stasis. There are some vegetables that the bunny should only have twice a week so it does not cause an infection. This includes carrots, bay leaves, spinach or kale. Feel free to read this article about a bunnies diet: Rabbit Diet: What to Feed a Bunny

My two rabbits don't particularly care for romaine, sadly. I feed mine a variety of vegetables, including kale, collards, turnip greens, dandelion greens, carrot tops, brussels sprouts, broccoli, celery leaves, watercress, radicchio, cilantro and parsely. I probably spend about $50 a month on produce for them, since most of it is organic.

Same! My bunny only got romaine if it was leftover from my food in my fridge. It wasn’t a favorite. His all time favorite is curly parsley!

Yes, exactly. My two darlings like both curly and italian parsely, but prefer cilantro to both. I've never had a rabbit that ate basil or mint, however. Nor bell peppers, for that matter.

By the way, I see you're in sunny Buffalo! I grew up from the age of 8 until 17 in Rochester, NY. Believe it or not, I'm considering the possibility of moving back there...:)
