Aww! They are so cute! It's hard to know the breed until they are fully grown since it is based on weight. They look like mixes to me.

How old are they? I would go ahead and separate them as soon as they are 12 weeks or else you will have a pregnant bunny very soon. They will need to stay apart until they are able to be spayed/neutered at 6 months old. You will need to keep them apart 1-2 months after the surgery so they can heal and so their hormones can calm down. After that time you can begin the bonding process. Here are a helpful video and link on bonding.

That cage is very small. Rabbits need at least 24 square feet of room to roam, and lots of time to run around a room free. Here is a link on housing: Housing
I also do not see any hay in the cage. Rabbits diets should consist of 80% timothy hay, 10% leafy greens, 5% pellets, and 5% healthy treats (fruits, not store-bought treats). For your baby rabbits diets, I suggest feeding them unlimited timothy hay, 1-2 tablespoons of an alfalfa-based pellet. They should not have any fruits and leafy greens until they are 5 months old, and when introducing leafy greens you will need to introduce them very slowly so they don't get sick.

They are mixed breeds. Can't tell any more than that. They look very young though. At that young age I'd make sure they had unlimited access to a grass hay (such as timothy or bermuda) and no high water, high energy foods (like veggies or greens) to try to and avoid any digestive problems. You should have at least 1 sq ft per lb of rabbit - they will quickly outgrow that cage and become aggressive towards each other once they hit puberty so I'd plan on getting two larger cages asap unless you plan on neutering them.
