Named 'em all. Most are adopted or rescues from high-vol shelters or in some cases, captured strays. -- Wasn't a problem selecting a name for any of them.

We typically selected a different name than the name given at a shelter.

Our adopters changed the names of their new family member, too!

Such a wonderful thing 🥰🥰🥰

My buck,Robbie was named after the actor Rob Lowe, who I found out is deaf in his right ear.The rabbit Robbie has a small right ear with a narrow ear canal, and may be deaf or impaired as a result- hence the choice-it suits him well and he's a sweet natured boy who'll probably always be a big baby at heart!
Awe he seriously looks so cute and sweet 🥰

I tend to have several reasons for choosing a name. Willa is named after the American writer Willa Cather, who had a scene in one of her books using scared baby bunnies as a simile. I also remembered a book my Mom read me when I was young about two bunnies named Willa and Willoughby.

I wanted to name Foxwell after an Archaeologist, my area of study. I originally wanted to call him Binford, after the father of modern archaeology, but he was too eccentric and energetic for such a mainstream anthropologist, so I choose one of the madmen of the field whose, theses I can't quite except. I typically just call him Fox, a reference the X-Files.

My bun's name is Pumi! We thought the black volcano rock, pumice, suits his black fur and the name Pumi (poo-me) would be the perfect name for him! 😊

😍I love Yuki and Snowy! Their names are so cute and so are they!!!

ok. This is going to be kind of long because the reason I named my bunny “patches” is a long story.
So anyways, I have wanted a bunny since I was really young. I had a little stuffed bunny rabbit that I carried around all the time🤣 eventually I grew out of the stuffed bunny but I still had a strong love for rabbits. When I turned 13, something just made me start thinking about rabbits again. I researched for months before my parents finally agreed to get me a bunny. My mom got on Facebook and started looking up rabbit farms. My mom found a website where the rabbits were about $40, so I works have enough money to pay for him myself. Me and my mom just felt that the rabbit farm we were getting my bunny from was off, from the strange pictures on the website. The pictures were of rabbits being cradled in peoples arms while lying on their backs. However, in two weeks, we got in the car and went to get my bunny. The driveway of the rabbit farm was bumpy and dirty, strewn with litter. Thin goats stood in small pens. People walked around smoking. When we got out, a man was walking around with a tattoo saying “pure evil” smack in the middle of his forehead. Anyways, this lady came forward, holding MY PRECIOUS BUNNY by the EARS!!!!! I was extremely uncomfortable by this point. I quickly gave her the 40 dollars and held my bunny correctly while she jabbered on about how to feed my rabbit. She said the only thing he needed for the rest of his life was pellets, and that hay wasn’t necessary. I was startled. Then she led us into the outdoor house that held about fifty small, wire cages, stuffed with two or three rabbits. There was no water and it was summertime!! I was about to start crying at this point. We quickly left the place, and me and my mom were debating on what to name my bunny. I had noticed that my bunny had patches of fur missing, around his ears and neck, which I figured was from people picking him up wrong. So, I named my now very healthy bunny Patches5BBE5AB5-FD4E-450D-B3C8-8432B05CDCF3.jpeg5C8D0225-E517-45F0-B2E3-38B3029A641F.jpeg

What an adorable and cute little bunny, i hope you have reported that place and they have been closed down. U truly rescued this baby. My biggest hate is animal cruelty, it makes me furious.

Originally, I thought my rabbit was a female, so I named him Coraline from my favorite movie (big mistake). But then we went to the vet's office and they told us that Coraline was a male 😅,so I renamed him into Corrie (which I think suites him much better than Coraline, and its close to his og name)
