Hello! this is my first post!

I have a new holland lop, I previously had a rex rabbit.
I have notice that he is sleeping like this today (usually he is laying down) is this normal and should I be concerned? we have had him for a month and he has never done this before, thank you!

Have you seen any changed behaviors in food, tooth grinding, behavioral or energy. Just to rule out that it’s health issues.

Just look like he fell asleep while being a loaf bread. Often when my bunny do that he will tip over after a while and fall off the things he was sleeping on. I always laugh at watching the panic when he falls and try to cling to the his small hide house. While my other bunny will sleep like that but it happens rarely he prefer flopping and laying like a dead bunny.

As long as when he wakes up he is acting normal, to me it just looks like he is very sound asleep. Relaxed to the point he's allowed his eyes to close and head to droop. Just means he feels very safe and comfortable in his environment. Though if his head is drooping and/or he's acting abnormally when awake, then there is likely some sort of health issue occurring. Which would mean seeing a knowledgeable rabbit vet immediately.
