Ok, so my sister was out driving and noticed this little fluff ball on the side of the road. Since he was clearly a domestic rabbit (and recently as well probably, since he came straight to her) she brought him to the nearest house to ask if they knew who owned him. They said that the area she found him in is a spot that people commonly abandon their unwanted pets.🥺 I’m already planning to look around just in case he does have a family looking for him, but I don’t have much hope for it...
In the meantime, I’m trying to get as much info about him as I possibly can, I’ve already determined that he is a young male. He seems to be in good health, and He’s decently behaved, but is very nippy and on edge (which isn’t surprising.) however, I’m not positive what breed he is, I was thinking maybe an English spot but I wanted to double check with people who know more about different breeds. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much for your time!

Mixed breed and not an english spot they aren’t that common. But the fur colour is common, it’s called broken black many bunnies have this colouration 😊

Thank you for the info about the bunnies coloration and breed! I’m definitely not experienced with different breeds so i really appreciate the help!
I’m not sure what his weight is yet. Since he seemed really skittish and unsure of his new surroundings (and He really didn’t like it when I had to pick him up to move him out of the car) I decided to wait till tomorrow to weigh him to give him a bit of time to get settled!
