Twisted toe

My rabbit has one twisted toe I found when I first cut his nails. I think it was like that when I adopted him. But it doesn’t even bother him one bit and it’s been like that for sometime. Should I do something about or leave?

Is it the nail or the toe, if its the entire toe u should go get it looked at if it is just the nail he should be ok, it isn't a big deal if is the nail. Good luck!
