Help! Rabbit is walking with rear end pointed up

My rabbit, Toby, is walking with his rear end pointed up on his tip toes. Friday afternoon my brother went to get up from his office chair and the rabbit was directly underneath him and put pressure on his back. When i touch just in front of his knee on his belly he flinches. He also is barely drinking. Filled his bowl woth water this morning when i woke up and its less then half empty at 9:30pm. My vet does not have an emergency line and they are closed anything i can do in the mean time?
 
I would call the vet right away in the morning and get an appt. that day. It sounds like he has a spinal injury and/or a leg/hip injury. In the meantime I would try and get him to eat and drink. If he eats leafy green veggies, ,I would try offering those. If he won't eat or drink on his own then I would make a pellet mush by soaking the food pellets in warm water, then use a wide tip syringe and carefully syringe feed, slowly giving bun time to swallow so as to avoid the risk of aspiration. I would also syringe some water slowly allowing time to swallow. There are videos on youtube showing how to correctly syringe feed(vet based videos are best).

Update:

He is eating and drinking again taking him to the vet as we speak
 
Hopefully he will recover soon. I agree that it could be some kind of injury hope nothing too serious
 
Update 2:

Vet said he because he is a large breed he has early onset arthritis and being stepped on caused inflammation. Doc said he will be okay after a week of bunny Tylenol! Got xrays and everything, healthy as can be otherwise. Turns put he is missing a rib from being miss treated at his bunny farm but nothing damaging.

So happy he will be okay! That is sad about his rib, but I'm glad it doesn't hurt him.
