hi guys, so I found a tiny white worm in my bunnies poop on Monday and brought her to the vet on Tuesday. She was treated with under the skin ivermectin. Later that day she pooped out a bunch of worms which I assumed was the medicine flushing them all out. It’s Friday now and she’s eating pellets, hay, and pooping normally but is lethargic. Normally if I make kissy noises or sit in her pen she runs over right away but she’s kind of just been sitting around since yesterday. I know deworming can make them lethargic but it’s been a few days so I feel like she should be over it by now. Poops are completely normal. Should I be worried?

I wonder if she is experiencing any toxic effects from a high load of worm die off? As long as she is eating, drinking, and pooping normally, I wouldn't think of it being an emergency, but I would phone the vet tomorrow and ask them.
Thank you! I don’t think I’ll be able to get in touch with my vet until Monday but I don’t think it’s an emergency so I think that’s ok.
@JBun also have 1 quick question if you have a sec. I know you’re not a vet but clearly you do know a ton about bunnies. I’m probably just being a crazy mama but it would be obvious right if my bunny’s eyes were bulging? I feel like they look bigger than normal, but I also just went out of town for 3 weeks and she got bigger so that could explain it. I can’t see any white or 3rd eyelid. They look the same size on both sides. I’m trying to find images to compare her eyes too but all the ones on google are extreme cases and look nothing like hers
