Lately my bun has been chewing his bars really aggressively, like he wants tot tear them down.
I have no idea why he does this. I read that it's because he's bored, and I've given him plenty toys (a box filled with paper for him to dig in, some plastic cups, a ball, a tunnel) but he doesnt seem all that interested in any of them. The other thing I thought could be that because he's in his hutch almost all day (I have school and I arrive home late), so he takes out his anger or something on the cage bars.
I just want to know which one, if he needs more toys, what should I get him? If he's angry because he's in his hutch all day, should I let him dtay in his play pen all day/night? I've been scared to let him out, because he did some sneaky things in the past (like jump over the cage). But now we've put some reinforcements, so he can't get out.
