Has anyone bonded bunnies before 6 - 8 weeks after neuter

I am going to start bonding my bunnies around December 24th. They are both neutered and that will be the 6 week mark. I am curious if anyone has ever tried bonding earlier than 6 weeks. I would love to know if it was successful or disastrous. Don’t worry I am going to wait the full 6 weeks because I will be on vacation at that time.
 
I put them together after about 3 days, although only the girl got spayed. They would have got along intact, so I didn't see a reason to wait any longer as long as she's healing fine and he behaves well enough.

It might be more of an issue with same sex pairs if they act hormonal, or when only the buck gets fixed (can be fertile up to 4 weeks afterwards), apart from that I don't see a reason to wait longer than it needs to heal up properly.
