What breed is my rabbit!? I can’t find anything about him :)

So I’ve had many rabbits and my beloved squish whom I still have. I had the biggest snuggle bug named river , he was around 8-10 pounds . He has larger ears. He passed away last year and ive always wanted answers to what breed he was. I will insert photos. (One photo shows him in a hutch but I promise that was temporary )

New Zealand mix or Flemish mix. It could be a mix of both because flemish doesn't carry the broken gene. @SableSteel knows breed the best on here the best. @SableSteel Do you agree?

I would say that rabbit is probably pure New Zealand actually. That dark, solid red color (where there aren't obvious agouti markings - no light spots on the flanks, not very pale eye circles or ear markings) is classic of new zealand reds and not found in any other large breed - it's a color trait that is often lost within one generation as it's a combination of a multiple recessive genes (rufus modifiers)
