Hi all!
We brought home a male 10 week old Flemish/New Zealand cross on Friday. He was kept in an outdoor hutch with his mom and litter mates.

When we got him home, we realized he has one standard ear (as it should be) and one lop. He’s scratching a lot and shaking his head but seems to not touch his lop ear. He has brown dots in his lop ear and a very slight head tilt towards the lop ear (though that could be because both ears are leaned that way).

Last night he shook his head a bunch at once, then started turning in circles and shaking (like a small seizure). It lasted no more than 20sec and he was fine before and after. He is eating, drinking, pooping/peeing and exploring like a normal baby bunny. He’s pretty chill and will let me touch both ears.

I’m hoping it’s a treatable ear infection and not something worse, but does anyone have any advice or went through the same?

I’ll be calling the vet first thing tomorrow to get him in ASAP.
