Scared about sickness

Hi, I'm pretty new at this forum and I just wanna share my concern.
It's being a while since I had a rabbit (not that much, just like a year ago, he died) and I'm probably just overreacting 'cause I've been reading a lot about being sick and how they shouldn't do this and that and the temperature and everything is just so overwhelming that I'm not sure if I have to take her to the vet (again).

I took her for the first time last week, and the vet said that she was fine, just this little issue about her leg and an inflammation. Yesterday I took her again, they said she was fine and she could play again on the room and she was so excited when I let her out of her cage.

Since I brought her home, she has been so shy and afraid that she always runs away when you try to touch her. Today she was so... I don't know, calm? slow? I'm a little worried but my bf says that it's probably me overreacting and she's just fine and starting to trust us. I mean, she's just almost 2 months old, she should be running away from me!

I'm just scared / afraid of loosing her. I've been researching a lot, trying to keep everything clean (I clean the litter box everyday and all the mat she sleeps in) and watching her diet (alfalfa and pellets).

Should I take her again? Or just stay calm and believe that she's fine 'cause yesterday they said she was?

If you're wondering about her eating, I think she ate a little less than this past days (meaning pellets), but I've been seen her eating her hay and water.

Always trust your intuition. Bunnies have such a record for passing away in an instant, some with no symptoms at all.

It's odd for your bunny to be so turned away by food so quickly, I do recommend seeing a vet.
Offer her her favorite foods and keep an eye on her poops and water. I'm sure it's minor if anything, but any slight behavioral changes in a rabbit can be a big deal.

I have had rabbits before that have decided to eat hay and cut back on eating pellets. Measured pellets is a good indication of how much your rabbit is eating, but is not always accurate if your rabbit is a big hay eater. Check to make sure the amount of poop isn't greatly decreasing. How much poop there is, is a great indicator on how much is eaten and how well the digestive system is working.
