the past few days I’ve noticed my rabbits eyes are waterin excessively and it seems to be getting worse and I’m not sure what’s causing it. He’s still eating drinking and acting normal, but I’ve also just moved to the area and don’t have a vet here yet and I’m about to leave town so I’m worried :(

It might be that some tooth is pressing the eye ducts, then we have inflammation, clogged tear ducts and many more. So best is for your bunny to go to a vet, as long he’s eating and act normal. You don’t have to be afraid. But you should fix a veterinarian as soon as you have time. So your bunny can be better ^^

Make sure that you find a vet that works with exotic pets. Rabbits are considered exotics. I had a rabbit before be misdiagnosed because the vet said that he treats rabbits, but it turned out that he know nothing. I have had rabbits with watery eyes, as Hermelin explained, it turned out to be their teeth. A vet with little rabbit experience once diagnosed one of my rabbits as having an eye infection, and it was his teeth. I had one rabbit with a watery eye. He was always digging in his litter box, and would get dust in his eyes. When I made him a scatter proof litter box, that ended his problem.

My rabbits with teeth problem usually would stop eating their pellets, and that was the first sign of teeth problems. I did on occasion have a rabbit with teeth problems that did not stop eating and I didn't catch it until the eyes watered. That rabbit also showed signs of pain with behavior changes. If it is from teeth problems, he should be seen by a vet asap.

It could also be that he has clogged tear ducts and the vet would need to flush them. To make him more comfortable, you can rinse his eye with eyewash from the drug store. If the problem doesn't clear up after using eyewash, he needs a vet.

Before you start panicking and using heavy medicine just rinse his eyes with a strong black tea and maybe keep a cotton wool compress with it on his eye for like 5-10 mins a couple times a day, sometimes it just dust from hay or from digging their toilet and can be easily cured but if you don't see any improvement next day maybe there's something else and you should contact your vet.

Make sure you shake his hay before giving to him to minimize dust, I usually do it after removing hay bale from the package I place it into a larger plastic bag and shake it well keeping the bag closed, as I am allergic myself and this really helps otherwise i will have watery eyes myself.
