Sore Hocks

I recently got a new bunny when i was checking her for her health i didn't notice she had sore hocks but later i did i put triple antibotic ointment on her and put fur on the area and wrapped it i also am keeping her in an area with soft flooring anything else i can do without vet if it gets worse i will take her to the vet also it seems to just be hairless not bleeding or infected

Making sure her nails are well-trimmed can be important, as well as making sure she's not overweight. Uneven weigh distribution to the back (due to too long nails or being overweight) can contribute to sore hocks. Also, getting exercise is important, because that's less time sitting in one spot, putting more weight on the pre-existing sores.

Be mindful of the soft flooring though -- it's about weight distribution, so surfaces that are too soft may not actually help either, because the rabbit is still putting irregular weight on the feet because movement is not as easy on very fluffy surfaces. As long as it's still solid enough to move around easily, that should be fine.
