I took Hazel to the vet for the first time yesterday just for a Well Bunny Check. They say she’s pretty healthy for the most part except I need to stop feeding her kale so much to stop the pasty, white urine. Anyway, they also prescribed Revolution to prevent fleas. She’s almost an indoor bunny. For the most part, she is on our bunny-proof, second-floor lanai all day for like 8-10 hours, and sleeps in her hutch at night. The hutch door is open all day for her to play, and then locked up at night. Anyway, the vet said she’s healthy for the most part but wants to prevent fleas. Anyone have a good experience using Revolution on their bun, or would it give an adverse reaction?

Since she does go outside in a hutch prevention is a good idea. Especially for the mites and ticks too.
Revolution is quite safe.
However rabbits need a much higher dose then dogs and cats get so if your vet perscribed it based on your rabbits weight compared to what it says on the box you likely will be under dosing your bun.
Proper dosage for rabbits is 18mg/kg

Thank you! That is helpful advice!
