Is my rabbit sick? Please help!

So yesterday I discovered that some of my rabbit's poop had like small poop strings sticking them together. And some were small and really dark. She kept grinding or like making sounds with her teeth. But she has been more active than usual. More clingy. Help?

Some things you maybe wanna know.
She lost her sister around 2-3 months ago.
When I saw this I removed all her pellets and then next day the poop seemed fine, but still making sounds with her teeth when I'm not petting her?
She has been urging to bite stuff.
And I can NOT go to the vet .

I sounds like it might be a dental problem. Is she eating properly? If not, that could definitely change the shape/size of her droppings. Not eating can be a sign of a dental problem. The grinding is an indication of pain. Check her teeth to see if anything looks abnormal.

I second Addi. The poop being stringy leads me to believe it's hair, is she molting?

Was it teeth grinding or teeth clicking? Teeth clicking is something you will be able to feel when giving head rubs. It's the same things as a cat purring and means they're pleased.

She may be acting clingy because she's desperate for attention after the loss of her sister. You don't want to abruptly stop pellets (or any food). Are you going to be getting her another friend? That may be what she needs.

I guess it was teeth grinding since you could hear. I'm not planning on getting her a new friend but maybe kits this summer.

Do her teeth look normal? Can you possibly take a picture of them?

Poos strung together like pearls is an indication of ingesting too much fur (during grooming) - which usually would happen during a shed. Encouraging lots of hay eating by refreshing it throughout the day can help.

If she is teeth grinding, as in experiencing pain, then it may be an upset tummy. If that is the case, giving her some simethicone may help.

If you are wanting to get her a bondmate, why would you want to get kits? Rabbits do well in bonded pairs (groups are very difficult to achieve and only happens with the right personalities of rabbits). If you want a bonded pair, getting a kit is not the way to go. No way to tell if they will ever bond. Bonds with a baby don't count since all of that changes with the onset of hormones. Before committing to getting kits, might I suggest you have a read here.

Getting more than 1 kit would be a potential disaster waiting to happen. The kits themselves may not get along once hormones activate, let alone any of them getting along with your current rabbit.

Okay, I'm getting kinda confused. My rabbit keeps teeth grinding and sometimes it's loud sometimes not. But she seems fine, she eating well, getting exercise and I play with her everyday?

Is she eating perfectly? What do her poops look like now?

I thought she was doing really fine but now she is hiding under the couch. She doesn't go to eat so I keep bringing food to her (she does eat it) And her poop is pretty dark and maybe a little smaller. Last night she was really playful and active and ate alot.

Is it possible she ate something she wasn't supposed to?

Yes, it is possible that there has been something under the couch or other places she hides and that she ate it. Or really just if there was anything on the ground. I'm getting really worried she hasn't gone to eat in hours. It's actually really confusing cause when I give her food she eats. And she's not drinking. She refuses to go to her room where all her toys, food, drink and stuff is.

Her poop is alot smaller

If you are really scared you could take her in for a checkup... Do you have critical care or digestive support treats you could give her to make sure she is getting enough nutrients?
