Flaky skin? Mites? Or allergic reaction?

Maggie's skin was red for awhile because of a shampoo That was mistaken as rodents shampoo. I took her to a vet and the vet did an injection on her. And a prescription to give her 1/8 of a pill for three days, every 12 hours. Now her skin is flaky. Just the part that was red. In her shoulders and neck. Doesn't look like mites but I'm still worried.y
Should i just wait until the skin goes away?or take her to her vet again? It doesn't rip off easily. So I'm guessing it's skin shedding to slowly cleanse her irritated skin.

I took her to a vet. They gave me a triamcicort N. N. cream to apply on het skin. She doesn't eat much. She's not energetic. But she poops a lot.
Should i just feed her hay for a few days until her dry skin goes away?

It could just be from the shampoo irritating her skin. I wouldn't put any of that cream on her because she'll try and lick it off, and I don't think the cream is going to help anyways. I would just keep an eye on it. If it gets worse and she starts losing fur, then it's possible that she has fur mites and the red skin and dandruff wasn't from the shampoo.

Do you remember what the injection was the vet gave, and what the pills are that you gave?

I would just give her her normal food. You are going to have to keep a very close eye on her eating and make sure she is eating enough food, because if she isn't then it could mean she is feeling sick and that something is wrong.

I took her to an animal hospital. They had a rabbit vet. Looks like Maggie had fleas and we have to clean out whole house. She needs to have an injection every Saturday for about 3 months. Along with anti flea pills or something. The doctor told us that she needs to br in her cage all this time or else me and my family would get fleas too. Hopefully my sweet Maggie will heal soon

She is feeling much much better. She eats healthy and seems like the pill and the injections are finally working. Her skin is much softer and very less flaky. Thankfully i found this amazing rabbit doctor in an animal hospital. She's been trapped in her cage for over a week to not reproduce her skin problem around the house both for me and my family and herself. She plays in the bathrooms though.
