My 2 girls are in one cage and recently willow has been lossing fur around the cage and she has been hiding in the breeding boxes, does anyone know why?

If they are not spayed, are you certain you actually have two girls, and one's not a boy so that your doe is now pregnant? If you are certain they are both girls, could they be fighting?

No they arent spayed because i will be breeding them, yes they are both girls. They dont fight, well i havent seen them they still eat together and go near each other without fighting.

Ok, well you either have a doe that is pregnant and is building a nest and about to give birth, a doe that is having a false pregnancy and pulling fur to build a nest, the two does are fighting and one(or both) is ripping out the others fur and your doe is trying to hide from the other rabbit, you have one or both rabbits with a skin condition causing fur loss, you have one or both rabbits having a heavy molt and losing fur, or if outdoors you could have a predator(such as a rat, weasel, etc) that is ripping out the fur and scaring your doe into hiding. You haven't really provided enough information to be able to determine what exactly might be going on, but the above choices would be my best guess.

I have found out that it is my other female, she keeps showing her dominance and is hurting willow in the process i am building a new cage to separate them.
