Today I walked outside and found my rabbit hitched over in the corner of her cage not moving. She has cold. I brought her inside to warm her up and she has gone limp and isnt moving at all. She just peed everywhere but will not drink or eat. She also looks really skiny all of a sudden. I need help fast please. I dont want my bunny to die. A vet close to me is hours away.

You should call the vet and explain what is happening. Ask if there's anything you can do. Keep her warm. Also, check for some emergency vets near you and see if you can get her in.

We tried calling the vet. They just told us to jeep her warm but shes not acting to well

If you have an emergency vet that sees rabbits you have to get her to the vet tonight! A number of things could have gone wrong, but with the cold temperatures if she was outdoors in them she could have gotten hypothermia and frostbite. These can be life threatening and need treatment.

If you have no vet at all that you can take her to tonight, then I would do as your other vet said and keep her warm(if her ears feel warm then her body temp has warmed up), but don't apply too much heat too quickly to warm her as you don't want to warm the outer body surface too quickly before the core body temp starts to warm up. If after she is warm she is still not able to move her hind feet, keep a close eye on them. If they are frostbitten they may start to swell, and if they do that will be very painful and she may try to chew at them because of the pain.

Once her body temp is warm I would try syringe feeding warm(but not hot) plain children's pedialyte so she gets some electrolytes. If she will eat on her own I would allow her to eat and continue to offer any veggies/greens she is used to eating as rabbits will often start eating leafy greens before other foods.

First thing tomorrow I would get her seen by a good rabbit vet.

The vet gave her some shots and said that's all he could do. I'm really starting to worry though because she keeps having seizures and won't even try to move. Shes been eating and getting water from a syringe but I've started to notice that her poops are becoming small and squishy and are in clusters. Please if anyone could help. I dont want to have my rabbit suffering and have her just die. This is what her poops look like:

Should I just get her put down to stop the suffering. I dont want my poor baby to be in pain.

The poops you are seeing are her cecotropes. Normally they would be reingested by her.

If your rabbit is continuing to have seizures then you need to find more of a rabbit specialist vet that understands how to deal with and treat this type of problem, or if you can't get her to a rabbit specialist right away and/or the seizures can't be stopped, I think putting her down would be the kindest thing to do. Depending on what the cause of the seizures is, there are medications that may help. But even then they may not be able to fix whatever is wrong with her and causing the seizures. I wouldn't want to let her continue to suffer if she can't be seen by a specialist rabbit vet right away to help get the seizures slowed down or stopped.

We had her put down. Her seizures we not stopping and I hated seeing her suffering like she did. At least I know shes in a better place now

I'm very sorry you had to make that decision. As hard as it is, it's the right choice to not prolong the suffering. RIP little bun.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your bunny... it was a truly selfless thing you did, putting her to sleep when she was suffering. I can imagine the heartbreak, having lost a bunny myself just a couple of weeks ago - I'm sure she appreciates your sacrifice!

Oh! I am so sorry you had to watch her go through all this, but at least you did everything you could to help her and she knows you were there for her through the end, and she will always remember that as she hops on over to Rainbow Bridge ~ binky free!! ❤️
