My 3 month old holland lop had red eyes, eye discharge, and a wet nose when I got him back in December. I took him to the vet and received antibacterial eye drops - the vet did a culture on his nose and said it looked all clear. The drops cleared up his eyes (the right eye gets minor discharge that I clean off with a warm wash cloth about every 2-3 days), but now he has developed a sneeze and sometimes makes a faint whistling noise.

I just moved a week ago, and these new symptoms developed a few days after the move, so I am wondering if it’s a respiratory infection or allergies? The sneezing seems to be triggered by eating or cleaning himself. I change out everything (food, towels, litter etc) every morning and have no air fresheners / abnormal scents in the room. I checked his nose and it looks clear. Eating, drinking, playing normally. The faint whistling happened for a couple minutes twice in the last three days.

He also drinks about 8 ounces of water a day and is only 2.7 lbs...I have never had a rabbit drink so much. I have to find a new rabbit vet here, but if he has no colored discharge, I am not sure if the vet would give him antibiotics. Any advice?

Rabbits sneeze just like people do. Unless his nose appears to be running, there is not a serious issue.
