Both my bunnies have been neutered and have been living together since June time. My female bubby keeps humping the male though? He just lays there and takes it most of the time but other times he's running away from her?
Any reason as to why she's doing this? He is very loving towards her and does groom her.

If she is not spayed this could be contributing to the humping. Usually, when rabbit breeders are trying to breed they want the female to do this because it means that the doe WILL get bred. But beings your here asking why I assume you do not want to breed them. And I assume he is neutered or he would be doing the same to her and you would be having babies. But if both of them are spayed and neutered then what she is doing is dominance humping so basically she is showing him that she is top bun.

Yes they are both neutered, I thought it'd stop after a while but she's always doing it, my poor boy [emoji23]

If she is not hurting him then It's not a big deal but if she is or you would like the behavior to stop I would pull her off gently tell her NO in a loud stern voice and get a spray bottle that has a mist setting and mist her after you tell her no. Make sure it is on mist not spray you don't want to soak her if she continues.
