I’m hoping to find a local breeder or adoption center for rabbits in southern Florida (Tampa area) anyone have any information for me?! Im really hoping to find an angora friend [emoji195]

There is always petfinder.com and petharbor.com. tbhrr rescue lists theirs on petfinder.
I recommend not putting a specific breed in the search because these sites often assign wrong breed to the rabbit. Just do a search of the area and look through the pics. :)

I would meet specific rabbits to choose the right pet for you. Don't get stuck on any one breed because each individual rabbit has a unique personality. Find a rabbit that you are drawn to and one that seems to like you too.

If this is your first rabbit, I'd strongly recommend against an angora anyway. They are alot of work with grooming. Getting adjusted to the care of a normal-haired rabbit will be trying enough.
