Went to feed my bunnies tonight and my male bunny started peeing everywhere, atleast 6 times out of his litter box whilst I was in there for 10min. Also wouldn't even look at his kale which he normally wolves down. Seemed uncomfortable whilst peeing too? Attached a pic of his wee. 20181208_234053.jpeg

They get a small bowl of kale every night, and then another small bowl of mixture like cucumber, peppers, green beans, cauli depends what I've got in. He's never had this problem before

Kale is a bit high in Oxalates and ca potetially lead to bladder sludge or stones. It is not advisable to feed greens that are high in Oxalatez daily or in large amounts.
Is he still eating hay?
How has his urination been since your post?
is he neutered?

Online it says that people say its high is oxalate but it's not actually high, and all the bunny pics I've seen on food for rabbits states kale as a daily green? As for eating hay, neither of my bunny have been massive hay eaters.
I've been and checked on him this morning and can't see anymore wee patches on the floor. And yes he's neutered

He could have had an upset stomach/gas pain that is feeling better now. I know that can sometimes cause them to have a pee accident due to the pain. Though if the urinary incontinence continues, you should get him checked by an experienced rabbit vet right away. UTI and bladder sludge from calcium buildup, would be the most common causes of this occurring.

I just pulled this off of the House Rabbit Society page o_O

"Please note that there is currently dispute within the scientific community regarding the levels of oxalates and goitrogens in kale. Many of our rescuers have fed kale daily, combined with other veggies, with no ill effects. Others have found that kale fed in large amounts on a daily basis may contribute to bladder sludge and other health issues. HRS encourages you to make your own decisions on how you feed kale to your rabbit based on this information, and when solid, undisputed research is found we will update this and other articles relating to feeding kale. "

He's been eating kale every day for the past 6months and he's been fine up till now though?

I’ve fed my rabbit kale almost every day for the last 5 years and she’s never had any issues, but like blue eyes said others have reported issues in their buns... it’s not proven either way, so difficult to say if kale is the culprit. If he is okay now then hopefully it was a one off.
