Okay so... this is the second time I see this but while I'm on my desk with my rabbit next to me, I saw this WAY TOO TINY.. Like extremely small, like a spec, it was really small I just thought it was just like.. You know.. A flake of black? It was on my arm and since I'm quite pale I could spot it and it moved so I realized it was an insect?.. I don't know. But this is the second time I see it, I saw one long time ago and then now. Claudia is a white rabbit with markings and I went through her fur and it looked clean to me.. I wonder what that was.. I'm worried she has parasites.. And also worried that they might come to me since she's with me almost 24/7?.. Any suggestions? I clean up her litter box daily, I wash the grass I give her and dry it up beforehand.. And she hasn't been outside at all.. Where would that come from?

It could just be a stray bug. If your bun isn't having any unusual fur loss, and you don't see dandruff, scaly skin, or black flecks in her fur then she is most likely just fine.

Yeah, none of that, I checked her litter box and I found a few other dead ones, I showed dad and he could barely see them and told me they're probably just from the grass and that I shouldn't dwell too much on it so I went ahead and washed her litterbox after cleaning it.

This is what they look like.. I think they're because of the grass/hay .. Even though I wash it beforehand.. Are they harmful to her or me?

If they’re dead then you should be okay. Just be aware that rabbits can get mites from hay.

They're not dead. I found a few more and now I'm freaking out. I don't know what to do.

I think a course of revolution may help. It looks like fur mites.
What does everyone else think.

I think it’s completely impossible to tell what they are, if you think they are from the grass then they probably shouldn’t be harmful, but equally treating your bunny won’t make a difference as you will just keep bringing more in with each batch of hay that you make. I don’t know what to suggest, since you don’t have access to any other hay, other than growing the grass elsewhere?
If you do suspect they are from the rabbit, you could take a few of them to a vet for identification.

I'm almost certain it's from the grass. My rabbit has thin short white hair and her skin is fairly pink, I looked up pictures of fur mites and ea. r mites, they look nothing like these little things. They're only available in her litterbox cause that's where the hay is, and I also found them in the bucket I keep the hay in. What we do to access grass since our garden ran out of grass is that dad goes by car to see random spots where grass has grown long and he cuts it and brings it home in batches. I wash it, dry it and give it to Claudia. But last time I was really sick so I let mom wash it and I think she didn't wash it thoroughly and that's why it has those stuff in it. From what I read, those mites would stick to the rabbit's fur and suck blood? Meanwhile I saw one at the very end of Claudia's fur just walking then fell onto my arm when Claudia ruffled her fur. She doesn't scratch more than she should and I checked her multiple times. I would take her to the vet but I'm not seeing anything that calls for it and I don't know how to solve the issue with the hay fleas/insects. Dad says that grass would always attract bugs so I don't know what to do about it.

It all impossible to say, because we can’t possibly tell you what those bugs are from those photos. If she isn’t showing any symptoms just wait and see what happens and wash the next batch carefully
