Bugs is getting neutered here soon (within a few weeks) and I was wondering if there's anything I should have when he comes home to recover. I've heard critical care is good to have but I'm not sure what kind/flavor to buy.

Also, how long will it take him to recover?

How long do I have to wait until we can start bunny dating? I've read 30 days but some sites say 8 weeks at least.

Will his personality change? He is very outgoing and loves people. He is very destructive and humps everything (including our little dog!) Will he not be a carpet chewer anymore?

Thanks in advance!!!

dear bugs,--sorry ole buddy,--post operative instructions better be given upon pickup,-same day-go in am/pickup pm,-{after the gas wears off}-the local will offer pain relief---the key now will be to get the gitract functioning again,-{-the interruption is a problem-}-offer grasses/water etc.--watch for any poops{very important}-if you feel something is wrong, call the dvm immediately--he may have been discharged with some meds ie.metacam,reglyn,-as for the pouch of critical-care hopefully you will not need it..-rabbits are constant chewers-{-the teeth constantly grow}-card board, wooden toys, etc help keep teeth orderly.-hopefully the dog will still love him,--sincerely james waller for joseph r cottontail/bdenium rip

I’m not sure on the recovery time for a neuter bc I have show rabbits, but as for the other part I’d probably just be safe and wait longer
