I’m not sure I understand - you are worried about the bites? Take the rabbit away from the ant infestation and if the bites are itchy or sore take the rabbit to a vet. Are you sure it is ants, and not maybe mites? Rabbits often get fur mites which will be really itchy and cause fur loss. There are treatments you can buy from your vet to treat this.

thank you for the response. yes an ant! it is a red ant with a black patch at the buttom part. i often see this ant near sugar. .

i think it is not itchy since im not seeing any reaction from him however i am bit worried with the ant bite in his thigh since i can barely see that it has starting to get some small blisters.

It sounds like a fire ant? I suggest you take the rabbit to a vet ASAP to get some pain relief and so they can get a proper look at it.

I say bring your bun to vet. They probably will use revolution but I am not sure if that gets rid of ants. That is usually the cure for fur mites.
Don’t use anything without your vets approval.
I had a call from someone who used what they do for cats and the bunny passed within hours
