Ever since we allowed Bunster to only have access to the X-Pen, we rarely see binkies. When he was a baby and we didn't have the x-pen yet and were still letting him out to run around the den supervised for a short period of time in case of accidents, he would binky a lot! :/ Is it the lack of space? Less energy cause he's a teenager now? Boredom? :(

It can be growing up, mine certainly did it less with adulthood. It also could be because he has that space all the time, whereas before when you were letting him out it was like “yay I’m free!” I doubt it’s lack of space, unless the x-pen is very small?

I see significantly less binkying as my buns have gotten older. Come to think of it, I haven't seen my buck do this for almost a year. My doe occasionally like to popcorn and dart around when she's in certain open spaces, though.

I faced the same thing. They used to be so active and jumped around a lot and did a lot of binkies.
But now since they grew up its getting less and less unfortunately. I loved their binkies.

my 3 year old girl still do a little binkies when she sees me walk down the stairs in the morning, she knows it's breakfast time and excited about it :) and my 1 year old boy binkies sometimes in the cold morning.
