thank you. Does the second one exist in liquid form? I have got metaclopramide tablets to crash and mix with critical care, but they seems to be expired, so I need to get something else.
Is Reglan the same as metaclopramide ?

Yes I’m pretty sure you can get it in liquid form, I’m sure your vet could order it in for you?
Yes I think it is the same?

Be aware that if there are other issues like a potential blockage or problems with the ileus(?), you can have some serious problems with using metoclopromide. It wasn’t working for our rabbit, and after we discontinued it, she got better with some of the other things we were trying, particularly cilantro. Just make sure you check with your rabbit savvy vet before using anything.

Yes definitely always use medication after speaking with a vet first :) well said

thank you Popsicles and doodlebugger.
I don't think my rabbit has a blockage but I will talk to the vet
I have liquid Reglan that was sold to me on May 1st. It's orange color liquid. I used some of it in May and then it was in the cabinet, away from light. It still looks clear, however to get it into syringes in May, I was dipping syringe tip into solution (there was no other way to get it in). I always wash syringes with warm water and soap before use but of course they are not sterile. Do you think this solution should still be good to use?

ridiculous, another vet just sold me tablets but it says "Exp 05/01/17". I saw it before I used them

Was this Reglan sold to you for Paul, and so have you confirmed dosage with the vet? And what is making you want to use it? Is he not pooping? I would think if the bottle has been kept sealed the solution should still be okay.
Speak to your vet about the out of date tablets and they should replace - innocent mistake

I just saw your other post about suspected stasis, but it is importantly to check whether he is eating or pooing by changing the hay daily if you aren’t sure.

yes it was originally prescribed for him in May.
He is pooping but not very great. Amount and size could have been better
