Both bunnies were neutered about 4 years ago and they bonded quite well to begin with, however they could never be any more different. Kick(f) has been more dominant than Archie(m) over who gets fed first. She snatches treats and races off with them whilst he often waits for a new treat and tries to enjoy it before she races back mouth still full readying to rip his out of his mouth, often succeeding. She's much more determined to get and do what she wants whilst he is much more laid back. Even when I pick them up (which neither of them like) Kick will squirm and fight and leave me full of nasty scratches and even nasty bites at times, whilst Archie may squirm a little and if he's still not happy he'll rest his teeth in a bite position around my finger to let me known he wants to be let go.

Vet times are hell with her. Archie will not fight as much once he's dragged out of the bunny carrier, but Kick lives up to her name. She squirms, she refuses to cooperate, she thumps her feet on the table that makes an incredibly loud bang, and then she's peeved with us for days later.

Lately her behaviour has gotten much more aggressive. When they're on sentry duty it doesn't matter who's on sentry watch, if something disturbs their peace she's the first to bolt it down the bunny tunnel leaving him out in the open, sometimes positions herself in a way that he can't even get in himself so if there was danger he'd be helpless. She ignores him when he demands petting and she's lately taken to mounting his face which he really doesn't like and chases the hell out of her once he frees himself. I'm a bit worried her behaviour will result in her getting injured if he decides to bite her and wondering if there's anything we can do to calm her ferocity and excessive female dominance.
