I have a 32 lbs Flemish and a 5lbs new Zealand cross can I put them in a outside pin together??

In order for two rabbits to be put together, they need to be bonded. Is that what you are wanting to do? Once rabbits are bonded, they should remain together at all times -- share cage, etc.

In order to bond two rabbits, they should both be fixed first. Even if they are the same sex, they should be fixed to prevent hormonal aggression and allow the possibility of a solid bond.

Whether or not two individual rabbits will bond is ultimately up to them. They have to be the ones to decide to get along. But this should not be attempted until both are fixed and have had time to heal after surgery (6-8 weeks after male neuter, or around 4 weeks for female spay).

Their size difference doesn't make a difference when it comes to bonding. Any breed rabbit has the potential to bond with any other breed rabbit.

If they are not bonded, and you just want to let them outside for a while (supervising them at all times) then best to have two separate pens -- one for each. Either that or have them take turns going out in the pen.
