Hello. I have not posted anything for a while but now I am back with a new bunny and a problem. About 3 weeks ago me, my mum , my antie and Bambi (My sweet boy bun) headed to the RSPCA to pick Bambi a companion. I really liked a female named Betty. She was so adorable. So Bambi and her met. Thy got on exceptionally well for a first time ever a lot better then I excpected. So I signed the adoption papers and we took Betty and Bambi home. I put up a barrier in the middle of the run made of a couple of x pen panels. They were very curious sniffing each other through the bars. Betty was curious checking out everything. She had one of those horrible e cones on her head at the time because she has just been desexed and the RSPCA said she had to wear it for a few days. (I don't think she should have had it). Anyway she settled down for a nap and I left her for the rest of the day. The next day when I went into the run I was shocked to find that when I walked past she lunged at me and chased me. She continued to biting about a week . Now I have to wear boots track pants and leather gloves whenever I go in the run. I never dare clean at all without putting up a barrier. We have been trying things we read on the internet such as whenever she runs up to lunge and bite pat her from behind whilst gently pressing her head. But she is not really improving. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be terrefied whenever I want to pat Bambi or give them some food. Please help leaseplease:leaseplease:leaseplease:
