BunnySilver
Bella - Owned by Silver
Silver has always been very excited for his food ever since I switched him over (many months ago), but lately I've been noticing it more than usual. He is a Netherland Dwarf, a little over a year old, and gets 1/8 cups of pellets in the morning, and a solid cups of greens at night. I feed him the Oxbow Adult Rabbit Food and organic greens with unlimited Timothy hay (which he loves) of course.
The bag says to feed 1/8 of a cup to bunnies his size (he's around 2-3 lbs) and every vet I have been to enforces the same. He just seems hungrier than usual and was even grunting continuously away while running around extraordinarily quick to pick up the pellets I scattered around while chomping down on his dinner yesterday.
I am just wondering if I am feeding enough because I know he would eat the whole bucket if I gave it to him, but a few family members have been giving me grief about how I'm "starving" him
Thank you in advance
